Ingredients

6 wonton wrappers
36 olivio butter sprays
1 mini round of Baby bell light cheese
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
1/2c egg white substitute
3 tbsp diced scallions
Salt
Mrs Dash
Oregano
2oz Wegman's fire roasted tomato, basil chicken sausage

Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray nonstick cooking spray into 6 muffin slots in pan. Lay out wonton wrappers and spray each 3 times with olivio butter spray and spread evenly. repeat on other side. Place one wonton wrapper in the bottom of each muffin slot and press along sides. Place in oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Combine egg white, scallions, salt, mrs dash, and oregano. set aside.
Place cream cheese and cut up baby bell cheese in a small bowl. mix together and microwave for 15 seconds. stir. then microwave another 15 seconds.
Cut sausage into small pieces and cook in pan with non stick cooking spray until done. Dice into small pieces. Add egg mixture. as soon as it starts to set, add cream cheese mixture. Continue to cook until done.
Spoon cooked mixture into wonton wrappers and enjoy!!
