    500 gr Peameal Bacon cured and rolled in cornmeal
    1 Can Unico Chickpeas - drained and rinsed
    1 Can DelMonte tomatoes in chunks
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 large onion - chopped
    2 tbsp Grace Jamaican Jerk Marinade
    Cajun spice , to taste


The tomato broth from cooking is excellent for soup the next day! Add 2 Cups of water with 1/4 Cup of barley and bring to a boil. Cook for 25 min. Cool and serve the next day!


1. Season pork with with salt and pepper, and place in a sprayed crock pot.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add to the crockpot.
3. Cover and cook on high for 3 - 4 hours or on low for 7 - 8 hours.


Serving Size: 5 servings (1.5 C of veggies and 100gr of meat)
