    1 cup dry quinoa
    2 cups water
    1 tsp cinnamon (ground)
    1 tsp nutmeg (ground)
    1 tsp ginger (ground)
    1 1/2 tsp zero calorie sweetener (Splenda)
    20 g raisins (about 28 raisins)
    5g pecan halves (about 4 pecan halves) (crushed)


Add more water to loosen the viscosity.


Cook quinoa to package instructions, adding all spices to the water while cooking. Add raisins and crushed pecans after quinoa is cooked. Stir and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 4 3/4 cup servings
