Ingredients

    1 jar Priano Alfredo Sauce (ALDI)
    1 liter Fit & Active Chicken Broth (ALDI)
    3 large Leeks, finely sliced
    2 large Onions, of any variety
    1 head of Cauliflower, remove florettes for soup
    Garlic, to taste
    Marjoram, to taste
    Thyme, to taste
    -Any other spices you prefer.



Tips

A hand-held stick blender is great for this recipe, you can mix it in the same pot in which it is cooked!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in large stew pot, cook on Medium heat until all solid vegetables are soft. Use a mixer or blender to make all the vegetables smooth. Serve as main course or appetizer.

Serving Size: Yields about 10 servings, the more water you add.
