Ingredients

    193 grams about half a head of broccoli steamed.
    1 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    2teaspoon chicken bouillon powder

Tips

Sub shredded cheddar with low fat cheddar. Season lightly with salt and pepper. If you have extra steamed broccoli use as garnish or pour over soup and enjoy!


Directions

Steam broccoli and reserve. In vitamix blender add milk, cheese, onion, bouillon and last broccoli. Start blender on variable 1 and slowly work up to variable 10. Blend for 5 minutes.
