    2 Frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast
    Neufchatel Cheese, 1 package (3 oz)
    1 can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies-Rotel
    1 can Black Beans, rinsed
    1 pkg. Ranch Dip Mix
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook on low for approximately 6 hours. Pull apart chicken with fork.
