1 can rinsed and drained butter Beans or Lima Beans
1 lb farfalle/ bowtie pasta

1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp dry basil

Directions
Bring a pot of water to a boil...
Meanwhile chop your Asparagus and sliver your garlic.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and add the sliver garlic, lightly brown the garlic being careful not to burn the garlic. Add the thyme and Mrs Dash and cook with the garlic for another minute (don't burn that garlic or you'll have to start over). Add the Asparagus and saute for 1 minute. Add the juice and zest of one lemon. Saute for another minute and add the vegetable broth and beans. Heat until Beans are warm and then remove from heat.
About 1-2 minutes before the pasta is done, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water and reheat the Asparagus mixture over med high heat. As soon as pasta is done, strain very quickly in a pasta strainer and add right to the Asparagus pan. Add some of the reserved pasta water and heat over medium high heat until all liquid is absorbed.
Top with some grated parmesan and a tiny drizzle of Olive oil.
Enjoy!!!
