    Very Good
The Boy Scouts of America have been doing this for generations. You can put in anything you like and omit what you don't like. - 2/4/09

    Incredible!
This was a really good idea, omlet in a bag. I don't like potatos really so I created my own group and made my own omlet.

You can really use anything you want or have in your fridge. Just make sure you adjust the grouping to get proper cal. prot. and carbs.
