Introduction

Made using juice and pork left over from rib dinner. I start with 2 packs of country style pork ribs, making BBQ ribs one night and making soup for next night. Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    2-3 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
    2 packs country style pork ribs
    BBQ sauce

    Pork Ribs, country style, 1.5 piece, cooked, diced
    Pork Broth , 4 cup (left over from ribs cooked in crock)
    Sweet mixed colored peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    Beans, great northern, 1 can with liquid
    *Beans - Cannellini, 1 can, drained
    Litehouse freeze-dried Jalapeno Peppers, 1 Tbsp
    Litehouse freeze-dried Chives, 1 tbsp
    Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, about 7, diced

Directions

Cook 2 full packages of Country-style pork ribs & garlic pepper in greased crock-pot for 6 hours on low. Remove ribs. Save 1 1/2 ribs for soup - diced & use rest of ribs for BBQ ribs w/ sauce. Strain the pork broth in pot. Put juices back in pot. Add the diced port, and remaining ingredients. Let heat through and soften veggies for about 2 hours.
