Ingredients

    1 lb. yukon potatoes
    1 lb. steamable bag of broccoli
    1/2 cup gouda or fontina cheese shredded
    1/2 cup skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook broccoli according to directions. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and add everything else and mash as you would mash potatoes.
