    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Thai Chili Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)

Directions

Combine cinnamon and chili powder uinto a rub and coat porl loin Sear pork loin in pan to browned then make a paste out of the brown sugar chili sause and garlic coat pork and place in oven for 40 mins basting every 10
