    16 oz Ground Turkey (93% lean)
    1/2 cup Onion, chopped
    1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped
    15 oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 env Taco Seasoning
    4 cups water
    8 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar (optional)


The recipe information does not include the cheese since it was optional.


Combine in a deep skillet or pot the ground turkey, chopped onion and chopped green pepper. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink and the veggies are tender. Add the 4 cups of water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add the pasta. Reduce heat and simmer cover until pasta is cooked. (About 10 minutes). Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of pot. Top with reduced fat shredded cheddar. Enjoy!
