    Apples (cubed with skin)
    Flour
    Cinnamon
    Baking Soda
    Baking Powder
    Salt
    Oats
    All Spice ?
    Honey
    Sugar Subsitute
    Apple Juice
    Vanilla Extract
    Yogurt/kwark
    Egg

Tips

Other healthy options: use whole wheat flour, substitute banana for egg


Directions

Mix the dry ingredients, add in sugar substitute and desired amount of honey, mix in the egg, yogurt and juice and lastly the apples.

Bake on 200 for 18-22 minutes (when toothpick comes out clean)
