Ingredients

    2 lb lean ground turkey
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup almond meal
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp
    onion powder
    Note- You could add fresh or dried basil or oregano, my kids are very picky eaters so I leave these out

Tips

Serve with your favorite marinara sauce over cooked spaghetti squash


Directions

Mix all ingredients and form into golf ball sized meatballs. Spray a non stick skillet lightly with coconut oil and cook until cooked though on medium heat.

Serving Size: Makes 24 golf ball sized meatballs
