Yummy twist on millet gruel

Ingredients

    .75 cup Millet
    1cup Milk, 1.5%
    1cup waster
    1-2 T sugar
    1 T Honey
    10-12g Butter
    cinnamon, Kardamom, salt
    1Apple
    ca 25 cherries

Tips

you can substitute the millet for semolina, rice our even couscous


Directions

bring the millet with water and milk to a boil, let it simmer until liquid's absorbed and millet is tender. Add in sugar, honey, spices, salt and butter, add a little more milk if necessary. It should be tender and absorbed but still moist. Slice apples and place in a baking form, top with millet. Top with some cherries and bake on 150°C for about 15-25 min.
