Ingredients

    1/3 cup coconut oil
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 ripe bananas
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 cup quinoa flour
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1 teasponn soda
    1/2 cup walnuts

Directions

Cream oil and brown sugar. Add egg. Beat in bananas and applesauce Combine flour wiht wheat germ and soda. Stir flour mixture into batter alternately with milk. Stir in walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
