Introduction
We made lime basil chicken for breakfast/lunch and braised pork chops in lime juice, olive oil, sriracha and garlic powder, for use upon a homemade pizza, yesterday. This morning, we are using the leftovers in a frittata. Ingredients

4 eggs
chicken breast (cooked and torn into small pieces)
porkchop (cooked and torn into small pieces)
vegetables (whatever kind you like julienned and halved)
cheese (whatever kind you like)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix ingredients while saving a portion of cheese for on top once the eggs have set.
Bake until edges pull away from pan and begin to crisp. It should be between a half hour and 45 minutes. It will change depending on how much and what you add to it.
Happy breakfast! Or lunch! Or..dinner....or just whenever you want an easy to use up leftovers and get a good dose of protein.
Serving Size: Should make 2 servings. Can be 4 with a small salad, as well.
