High protien- GF Waffles with a cinnamon roll flavor! High protien- GF Waffles with a cinnamon roll flavor!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 Large Eggs
    1/2 cup Oat Flour
    1/2 cup123 Gluten-free Pancake Mix
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 t Salt
    1/2 cup /1.75 scoops MaxPro Protein Powder, (cinnamon roll)
    Applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cup
    1/2 cup almond breeze unsweetend almond milk
    2 tsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Seperate the eggs. Wisck whites to stiff peaks. Combine dry ingrediants. Add yolks, applesauce and milk- stir until combined. Fold in egg whites.

Grease hot waffle iron with coconut oil, add batter and cook until brown and crispy!

Makes 6-8 waffles depending on the size of the waffle iron.
