Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    5 large carrots
    5 celery stalks
    2 large potatos
    1 -2 large vidalia onions
    1 can stewed tomatos
    1 pkg. Knorr spring vegetable soup mix
    1 can beef broth
    About 8 cans of water - this is just to make enough juice...

Directions

Brown the meat. Cut up all vegetables. Put all ingredients in a large pot and boil for about 45 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. I'm really not sure how many servings it makes - its a big pot and usually last's my family of 3 for about 4 meals.......
