Ingredients

    Flour, whole grain, 0.5 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 0.25 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2
    Cooking Spray Olive Oil Fat free, 10 grams
    Strawberries, fresh, 6
    Blueberries, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 thicker slice

Tips

I roll this thin pancakes for my 3 toddler with whatever they want on it (Applesauce, extra fruits, syrup...), this way they can eat it easily with their hands without a big mess ;o)


Directions

mix flour, Milk, Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract and Eggs until smooth, spray some fatfree Cooking Spray in a pan and heat up, pour some Pancake dough in the pan just that the bottom is covered, slice some of every fresh fruit thin in Pan before turn the pancake ...
