Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) - .25 cup
    Tomatoes - 3 slices (1/4" thick)
    Garlic - 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded - 1 tbsp
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk - 1.5 oz
    Yeast, bakers - 1/2 tsp
    Salt - 1.5 tsp
    Fresh basil (optional)

Directions

1. Make half of the following recipe for the dough -

2. Heat oven to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow pizza stone to preheat in the oven while you assemble the pizza.
3. Roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment paper to make a pie. Top in the following order: sauce, garlic, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese
4. Remove stone from oven and transfer pizza to stone.
5. Allow pizza to cook for eight to 10 minutes or until the cheese is brown and bubbly. The crust will be golden brown.


Serving Size: Makes one 10-inch pie
