Ingredients

1 Medium sized peach, fresh and cut into slices
1 Sheet (1/2 serving, about 4 small crackers) Nabisco Honey-Maid Low-Fat Cinnamon Crackers, crushed into crumbles, for topping.
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon.
1/4 Cup Mrs. Buttersworth Sugar-Free Syrup
4 Tbsp. (2 servings) Sugar Free Light Cool-Whip
Directions
Makes one decadent dessert!
1. Place fresh peach slices in a medium saucepan and pour in syrup. Cover and simmer on low-to-meduim heat for about 1 minute.. Check and make sure peaches are not overcooked and stir in cinnamon. Cover again for about one minute, again making sure peaches are just soft enough and remove from flame.
2. Transfer peaches into a dessert plated and sprinkle graham crackers around the edges and around the top. Then dallop Cool Whip on top.
3. Finish by sprinking with cinnamon and eat your heart out with no guilt!!
