    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 lb
    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 1.5 lb
    Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves, pressd
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp, separated
    *Cannelini Beans, 3 14.5 oz cans
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 14.5 oz cans
    S&P as desired


Cut chicken and sausage into 1 inch pieces. Saute onions, garlic and carrot in 1 tbsp butter a large pan until onion is translucent. Set mixture aside and brown chicken and sausage in 1 tbsp butter. Add vegetable mixture and thyme, stir until well mixed. Add mixture to crock pot. Drain diced tomatoes and beans and add to crock pot. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
