Ingredients

    olive oil
    onion
    green pepper
    garlic cloves
    kidney beans
    diced tomatoes
    cumin
    chili powder
    cayenne pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute green peppers, onions and garlic in olive oil on medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on stove or in slow cooker for 2 hours.
