Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup low fat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3 ripe bananas

    ***optional 1/4 cup nuts

Tips

The calories for this recipe where calculated with the 1/4 cup nuts. I suggest using ripe frozen bananas, simply thaw them first.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350C.
Mix egg, applesauce, brown sugar and oats together.
In another mixing bowl mix baking powder, baking soda, flour and salt.
Add flour mixture to the oat mixture alternating with the yogurt. Add the bananas. (nuts if using)
Bake for 20 min.
