Ingredients

    2 Cups White Long Grain Rice
    4 Cups Water
    1/2 Bag (468 grams) Great Value Frozen Vegetables
    2 Tbsp Margarine
    1 tsp Zatarain's creole seasoning
    1 10oz can Cheddar Cheese Soup
    1 10oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Add 2 cups of rice, 4 cups of water, mixed vegetables, margarine and creole seasoning to pot and bring to a boil. let boil for 1 full minute then cover and simmer until rice is done (about 25-30 minutes). When rice is done, add cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soups. Stir until mixed well. Turn off heat and serve.
