    Brown Rice, 1 cup
    Edamame, frozen, prepared, 1.5 Cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    scallions
    cilantro
    cumin
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Cook brown rice. When done, add edamame and other ingredients. This is great, cold or warm!
