Ingredients

    Oatmeal, Frozen Mixed Berries, Yogurt, Agave Sweetner, Almond or Coconut milk can be used

Tips

We use lactose free yogurt and almond or coconut milk due to lactose allergy.


Directions

Night before mix Oatmeal and Yogurt together and put in a container over night in the fridge. In morning mix all ingredients together in the blender. Depending on how thick you want it depends on amount of milk used.
