Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz ( 2 packs)
    Mutti Tomato Puree with Basil (entire bottle) 1.5 cup
    Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, 3 cup (entire container)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Ready Pac Coleslaw cabbage and carrots (entire bag)
    Adobo seasoning - 1 tsp
    salt
    pepper
    bay leaf

Tips

You can half the recipe -I wanted to prepare more so I can use leftovers for lunches.


Directions

Fry onions and garlic in olive oil until start to turn clear then add meat and fry until no longer pink. Add the cabbage and tomatoes + tomato sauce and bay leaf and bring to boil. Cover and cook on medium heat for 30-40 mins.
Add spices according to your taste.
