    2 slices sara lee multigrain 45 cal bread
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    small splash half n half
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8-1/4 tsp ground cardamom seed

    1/4 c cracker barrel SF syrup

Directions

mix egg sub, creamer and spices together..dip bread into mixture, cook in non stick skillet about 2 min each side..serve with or without the syrup.
