    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, .50 cup
    Parsley, 1 sprigs
    *Peaches, fresh, .50 cup slices
    *pomagranate - 1 whole, .25 serving
    *Cranberry juice cocktail, Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail, .50 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 4 medium
    Banana, fresh, .50 cup, mashed
    Apples, fresh, .50 cup, quartered or chopped

Tips

add ice or freeze the fruit to give it that slushy texture


Directions

place into blender or food processor and blend til smooth then drink
