Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Beef
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon olive oil
    onion (1 small)
    garlic (1 clove)
Progresso recipe starters cooking sauce fire roasted tomato (1 can) or crushed tomatoes (1 large can)
    1 large potato peeled
    3 large carrots peeled
can of navy beans (or any other bean desired)
    1 cup corn (frozen)
    1 cup peas (frozed)
    bay leaf
seasoned salt or any other spice desired
    water or beef brouth

Tips

I would normally use beef brouth in this soup but I did not have any when I made this and it tastes ok.

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic; add tomatoes and spices wanted for taste. When this comes to a boil, add carrots cut in large slices and the potato cut in similar large slices. When it comes to a boil again add navy beans (canned) and frozen corn and peas. Add water as needed for desired consistency. Will most likely need a generous amount of salt and pepper.
