sunflower seeds
cashew nuts
pistachio nuts

Tips
Vary seeds and nuts to taste and availability. I use only raw seeds and nuts. Serve over apple sauce for breakfast.
Directions
Mix together all the seeds and nuts. Store in a large jar.
