Ingredients

BATTER
1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast (chunked)
Oil (for frying)
4 T Cornstarch
1/4 C Flour
1 t B Powder
1/2 C Water
1/2 t Salt
1 Egg
1 Egg White
SAUCE
1 1/2 T Vegetable Oil
2 t Ginger (minced)
3 T Garlic (minced)
1 t Salt
3 T Honey
1 t Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 C Water
1 t Cornstarch (mix w/1 t water)
2.5 T Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Tips
Serve with 1/2 C rice. (102 calories)
Directions
1. Mix all batter ingredients in large bowl & let sit 30 minutes.
2. Add Chicken chunks to batter to coat.
3. Heat oil to 350 degrees.
4. Fry chicken for 2 minutes until batter becomes firm.
5. Heat Oil in wok.
6. Add Garlic & Ginger and stir for 30 seconds.
7. Add Salt, Honey, Vinegar & Water, mix well.
8. Add Cornstarch & Water mixture & simmer 2 minutes.
9. Coat fried Chicken with sauce & garnish with sesame seeds.
Serving Size: makes 6 servings.
