Ingredients

5 cups chopped collards
diced tomatoes - any flavor - 1 can
chicken breast - cubed
olive oil
jalapeno peppers - chopped
Directions
Clean and hand rip the collard greens. Place in a colandar.
Clean and chop the chicken breast into bite size pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken and add a few sprinkles of Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste.
When cooked through, spoon chicken from skillet and set to the side.
In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and add the greens and peppers. Cook for apprimately 8-10 minutes, stiring occasionally. The greens should still have a snap to them.
Add the tomatoes and the chicken and heat through for 1 minute.
Seperate into 6-1 cup portions and enjoy!
*HINT*
If you can find low sodium tomatoes, they are a better option!
