    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    Black Ground Pepper
    2 Shallots, chopped
    4 tbsp White Wine

2. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add shallots. Heat over medium-low heat for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
