Ingredients

    Almonds, Almond Milk, Oatmeal, Yogurt (we use lactose free), Banana, Blueberries

Tips

Any Milk or yogurt can be use, but we make things lactose free due to allergies.


Directions

Mix yogurt and oatmeal the night before and put in fridge in a container. I usually just use half in the morning and mix in blender all the rest of ingredients
