Ingredients

    1/2 cup dry (1 cup cooked) Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate Pasta
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp Greek seasoning (choose one with little to no salt like McCormick's gourmet collection)
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    6 green onions, chopped
    1/3 cup Kalamata olives, rinsed and unpitted
    1 oz (1/8 cup) lemon juice
    4 oz low-fat feta cheese, divided

Directions

cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic and greek seasoning together in oil for about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, green onions, olives and lemon juice. Cook for another minute or two. Toss pasta with sauce; garnish with Feta Cheese and serve.
