    1 lb filled of halibut
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    Pinch of fresh or driedthyme
    Pinch of fresh or dried fennel or dill
    2 fresh lemon wedges


Preheat Grill. Generously oil grill. Cook fish 3 to 4 inches above the coal bed, turning once only. Serve with plenty of fresh lemon.
