Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 oz can tuna in water
    1/4 cup panko crumbs
    1 cup white long grain rice
    1 stalk celery diced
    3 green onions - including green part
    4 T red pepper - diced
    4 T green pepper - diced
    4 T cilentro
    5 T egg beater - egg whites
    2 t yellow mustard or dijon if you prefer
    2 T worchestershire sauce
    1 t hot pepper sauce
    1 T old bay seasoning
    2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Tips

You can add hot pepper flakes if you prefer


Directions

Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
Form into 6 pattties. Spray skillet heavily with cooking oil Cook about 5 minutes on each side over medium to low heat. Spray tops of patties before turning over. Serve on a toasted sesame bun.
