Ingredients

about 1.5 pound of chicken breast (can substitute with boneless and skinless chicken thighs as well)
4 smoked chicken & apple sausage (can substitute with italian turkey/chicken sausage)
2 bags 3 pepper and onion frozen vegetables
1 can diced tomatoes and jalepenos peppers
1 family size bag mixed frozen vegetables of your choice
3 cups low or reduced sodium chicken or vegetable stock
1/2 tsp Mrs Dash tomato basil seasoning blend
1 tsp black pepper
Tips
salt and pepper to tast
Directions
cut chicken into strips
season chicken with Mrs. Dash and black pepper on each side
slice smoked chicken sausage into bit size slices
place frozen vegetables in the bottom of slow cooker
placed seasoned chicken and smoked chicken sausage on top of frozen vegetables
pour can of tomato and jalepenos on top of meat
pour chicken stock in slow cooker
place lid on slow cooker and cook for 7 hours
open lid and using 2 forks shred chicken
let cook for 1 more hour
