    2lbs ground meat (turkey)
    1 med. onion chopped
    3 cloves minced garlic
    2-4c spinach
    2c button mushroom (washed, sliced
    3 carrots, chopped or sliced
    2c uncooked quinoa
    1c diced tomatoes
    2tsp basil
    3tsp oregano
    splashes of olive oil


Just throw in whatever veggies you have around. And I suggest using more garlic...


1. Add 4c. water to skiller and quinoa. Place lid on. Cook till done 10-12 min.
2 Remove quinoa
3 Add 2 TB of olive oil
4 brown meat
5 add onion, cook till translucent
6 add garlic and mushrooms
7- cook till desired doneness (adding more oil if needed)
8- mix in cooked quinoa

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
