Ingredients

1 Betty Crocker super moist Devil's food cake mix - dry
3 Lg Eggs
1 1/3 C water
1 1/2 C of grated zucchini
Tips
Only frost the cupcakes that will be eaten right away or you will have to refrigerate them.
You can store the unfrosted cupcakes in the freezer so they will stay fresh longer -- without the temptation of looking at them on the kitchen counter : )
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray cups in cupcake pan with Kroger's Canola cooking spray (0 calories for 1/4th of a second spray per each cup)
Line cup cake pan with cup cake liners
Beat cake mix, water, eggs and zucchini on low for 30 seconds, then on meduim speed for 2 minutes.
Fill each cupcake liner half full and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
***Optional: Frost with 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Cool Whip Chocolate, Vanilla or Cream cheese frosting.
(These will add an additional 15-30 calories per cupcake)
