    1/2 tsp salt
    7 drops of butter vanilla aroma or one tsp vanilla sugar
    1 tbs lemon rind
    3/4 tsp nutmeg (ground)
    420 g flour Typ 405
    2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
    1 cup of raisans

Directions

add ingridients in same order than listed
start mashine on program white bread, medium brown, 750g
1 cup of Raisans are to be added after the signal tone
