Ingredients

    1 Box Jumbo Pasta Shells

    Shell Stuffing:

    1/2 lb Cooked Italian Sausge
    1 lb Low-fat Cottage Cheese, drained
    1 Box Frozen Chopped Spinach
    1/4 Shredded Parmesan
    Juice from 1/2 Lemon
    1 Egg
    Oregano to taste
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Top with:
    2 Cups Marinara
    1/2 Part-Skim Mozzarella

Directions

Boil pasta shells to al dente while cooking the sausage. Drain shells and place in cold water until ready to stuff.

Mix stuffing ingredients in bowl then stuff into shells. Top with sauce and cheese and back for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven

Serving Size: Makes about 8 four shell servings.
