Ingredients

    1lb Ground Beef, lean
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 packet of Taco Seasoning (I normally use McCormic's)
    1TBS plain, low fat Greek Yogurt
    3/4cup Water
    1 bag of pre-tossed salad
    1 Bell Pepper, chopped
    Salsa

Directions

Cook beef according to instructions on taco seasoning packet.
Add water, seasoning, and onion.

Once everything is cooked, mix up your salad. Using greek yogurt in replacement for sour cream

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
