Ingredients

    Boiled Squid
    fresh parsley
    Juice of 1 lemon
    diced garlic
    4 tblsp olive oil
    dash of salt
    dash of crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Boil your squid until tener- drain.
Put in a bowl and add parsley,lemon juice,garlic
olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss and put into fridge.
Eat once it is chilled.
