Ingredients

    1 cup Coconut Milk, vanilla flavor preferred
    1 cup Frozen Blueberries
    1 large Banana
    1/3 cup or 3 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp Flax Seed ((ground flax)

Tips

Add pineapple, cucumber and spinach for an extra kick of nutrients.


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend til smooth.
