Introduction

I like my Greek salad drenched in creamy flavorful dressing, but obviously, that's hard to do and stay healthy. So I experimented and came up with this recipe which is as close as I can get to what I want and still stay healthy. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2.5 tbsp white vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
    2.5 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp splenda (less if you prefer less sweetness)
    1 tbsp Clubhouse Greek seasoning
    1.5 tsp onion powder
    2-3 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together and adjust to taste. I put this over a salad of cucumber, red and green pepper, red onion and grape tomatoes. Also could be used over chicken.

Serving Size: Makes 16 generous servings of about 4 tbsp
