Ingredients

    2 tsp coconut oil
    2 tsp curry powder
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 clove garlic minced and crushed
    1 tsp Better Than Bouillon, Chicken (I use low sodium)

Directions

melt coconut oil and add curry. cook for 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serving Size: 2, 3/4 cup servings
